Hi, my name is Kathleen Celmins, and I'm a dork for marketing.
I love helping businesses who "really don't like" marketing create a system that brings in more email subscribers, more sales, and more happy customers, but, blissfully runs in the background.
Everything I've ever done has led me back to marketing.
We all have our callings, right? Mine is marketing.
Our goal is to help businesses come up with a solid marketing strategy, then, if they want our expertise, to implement the strategy we established together.
When we get together on a call, to map out your strategy, we'll identify the projects that will make the biggest impact on your business.
The projects we identify depend on the business. Do they need to focus their homepage more on conversions? Then we'll recommend that.
Do they need a start-to-finish marketing campaign that starts with a free opt-in and leads to a sales page or a "book a call" page? Almost always the answer is yes.
We'll talk about what the opt-in looks like. Very often, but not 100% of the time, we'll recommend an on-demand webinar as our opt-in of choice. It's more than conversion rate -- a webinar puts people in a buying mood more easily than a checklist ever will.
But it definitely depends on what the client needs, and, ultimately, what they're selling.
Which is why we always start every relationship with a strategy call.
Our team is ready to implement your marketing campaigns. With an eye to detail, plus an efficient approach, you can trust that your marketing is in good hands. We see ourselves as essential members of your marketing team, meaning we'll match your brand in tone and style, as well as your brand's design.
Online Business Manager
More about me, and how I got here
In 2009, during the recession, when things were looking pretty bleak, I registered my first LLC. I called it "Oprime Marketing Group" because my last name (before I got married) was O'Malley, and my online moniker at the time was KOPrime, which, yes, is super nerdy.
That company never really got off the ground, although I did get to work on some fun projects. I abandoned it altogether when I found steady work, and didn't think about internet things until 2011, when I woke up on my 30th birthday, deep in credit card debt.
I decided to "write my way out" of debt and started a very personal personal finance blog. I'd link to it, but it has long since been sold and the content is no longer mine.
That blog led to all kinds of opportunities, though. I got to do some fun freelance writing for a big company (until they decided they didn't want to cover work and money anymore), and my online presence led to a full-time job working remotely for a company as a blog manager, of all things.
It was amazing to be working in a job (and in an industry) that simply didn't exist when I was born.
After I worked there for about two years, I was ready to start my entrepreneurial journey. So I partnered with a colleague that I'd met through the personal finance community, and we were off!
But this year, I realized something about myself. I couldn't get excited about personal finance anymore. I was tired of it, my friends were better at it, and I couldn't write one more version of "spend less, earn more, invest the difference."
I'd been helping friends with branding and logo design and building marketing systems on the side, and the more I did that, the more I realized where my passion is: in the same place I thought it was when the recession hit in 2009: marketing.
I love working in this world. My happy place is building a strategy that a business owner can follow (or, if they want, my team can follow) that will really move the needle.

Kathleen has been a god-send in helping me to define my brand, build my website, and create my lead magnets. She also created the website for my course, including the sales page -- which I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on. Who gets compliments on a sales page? Kathleen does! It’s a great feeling to know that other people have been very complimentary of the design and the layout of the sales page. She was able to help me choose the vision for my website, turn it into a reality, and make it a website I can be proud of!
Kathleen has been instrumental in helping me do all the things I know I needed to be doing to take my business to the next level, but that I just didn't have the energy or expertise to do well. It's a great investment in my peace of mind as a business owner to know that every month, I'm building systems to develop a long term valuable asset rather than just side hustling myself into the ground.
